Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receipt by the customer of products sold under our agreement with you (the customer). These are the terms which apply:
You must inform us if you wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of the goods by emailing us at contact@welcomebabyhome.net quoting your order number, details of the product you wish to return and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
In any event you may NOT cancel orders for homemade, specially commissioned or personalised goods.
We will provide you with a returns label with your goods at time of receipt.
The goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of your informing us you wish to cancel.
Including our delivery note or invoice and securely wrapped and in all of their original packaging in their original condition.
Our returns label must be used and please take it to the post office and send if possible by recorded delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of the return.
After we have received the returned goods:
If a refund was requested we will credit or debit your card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days if possible from the date of receipt. Please note that the original cost will be payable by you.
If an exchange was requested we will endeavour to send out a replacement within 2 working days.
If you do not return the goods to us you are still liable for the cost.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you but, if we do our costs will be payable by you.
If an item is faulty or wrong
If the item item you receive is faulty or it is not what you originally ordered please email us at contact@welcomebabyhome.net as soon as possible quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for the return also, whether you require a replacement or a refund. Please then follow the above for sending the goods back to us. Please note that if your item is faulty or incorrect we will also be able to refund the original cost of delivering the item to you (postage and packing).
However, we fope you do not feel the need to return your purchase!
Discount codes and vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Please note - If the product is not in a reasonable condition then we will not be able to offer a refund. We will have to send the product back to you and you will have to incur the cost of the return delivery.
It is recommended that for your own protection you obtain a certificate of posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns so we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep the certificate until you have received your refund or replacement as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Delivery of furniture will be charged individually. For multiple orders of furniture a maximum of £20.00 will be charged.
