This really is a beautiful blue silk blouse. It has a round collar and 3 little buttons at the top. It also has gathers at the sleeves and fastens at the wrist with a button. It has little white spots and is lovely to the touch and very smart without being too overdressed.
It matches perfectly with Saphire our navy wool twill dress.
